New Rule Final Adoption
The Board has new rules of procedure and practice as reflected in the Notice of Adoption published in the State Register on March 30, 2022. The text of the changes can be found here.

Opt In to Receive Electronic Correspondence
If you would like to receive all correspondence regarding your case via email, you must complete an Opt in to Receive Service and Notice Electronically form. You are not required to accept correspondence electronically and may choose not to opt in and instead receive all correspondence regarding your case by mail.
The Board has designated an electronic mailbox for the receipt and issuance of electronic correspondence.
